We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your digital product, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.

2. Eligible Products
This policy applies to all digital products sold on DaoudMath.com, including:

  • PDF course materials

  • Downloadable worksheets and exercises

  • Video consultation packages

  • Digital‑marketing service packages

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@daoudmath.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”

  2. In your message, include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number (as shown on your receipt)

    • Email address used for the purchase

    • Brief reason for your refund request

  3. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 24 hours and process your refund within 5 business days of approval.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method you used at checkout.

  • You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

  • If you purchased via Paddle Checkout, Paddle will issue the refund on our behalf.

5. Exceptions & Non‑Refundable Items

  • Once you download or begin streaming any digital content, you agree to the immediate delivery of the product and waive your right of withdrawal under applicable law.

  • Consultation sessions that have already been completed in full are not eligible for refund.

7. Cancellation of Subscriptions

  • If you subscribe to a recurring service (e.g., monthly consulting retainer), you may cancel at any time before the next billing date.

  • No refunds will be issued for billing periods already completed.
